ANNOUNCEMENT OF RE-TENDER

(POST-QUALIFICATION)

No: 002 /POKJACIVILWORK/RSPTN/2023

Project Management Unit for The Establishment of University of Bengkulu’s Hospital Project, The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the Bid Committee will carry out the tender for a construction work package financed by the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Project Loan No. 12/756, as follows:

A. Work Package
Name of Package : The Establishment of University of Bengkulu’s Hospital Project
Scope of works : The Construction of Teaching Hospital and Research Laboratory Buildings
Funding Source : The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Project Loan No.12/756

B. Requirements of Qualification
1. Participants for the Qualifications must have:
# For Indonesian Firms: certificates and licenses for construction service (SIUJK), and certificates of Construction Service Business (SBU) for the services of implementing educational building constructions (BG007/BG006) and the health building construction services (BG008/BG005).
# For international services providers: equivalent and valid Business Entity Certificates.
2. Have experience for at least 2 (two) projects of hospital building constructions, at least TYPE C;
3. Have a certificate of financial support from state owned/private banks for at least US$1,291,842;
4. Others requirements are according to the qualification data sheet

C. Register and Retrieval of Offer Document

Due date for submission :August 18th, 2023 (for softcopy)
(Please refer to point E) August 25th, 2023 (at the latest for hardcopy)

D. Post-Qualification documents may be collected from June 19th, 2023 to August 16th, 2023, during business hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (WIB, GMT+7). Companies that are eligible and fulfil the criteria set up can register themselves and obtain a post-qualification documents in a softcopy form through the website https://pmursptn.unib.ac.id/civilwork/

E. The offer document must be completed and returned to the bid committee in the softcopy form on August 18th, 2023 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (KSA, UTC + 3) to civilworkpokja@unib.ac.id and the hardcopy form must be sent to the bid committee at the same time. The hardcopy must be received by the bid committee at the latest August 25th, 2023 before 3:00 pm (WIB, UTC +7), and its delivery date receipt must be the same as the softcopy delivery date, otherwise the document will BE REJECTED

F. The softcopy files of offer document must also be sent to nawaftam@sfd.gov.sa, and aalayban@sfd.gov.sa in the same date and time the completed offer document sent to the bid committee.

G. A representative of one company must not represent other companies for the registration and offer document retrieval.
